Receiving Your Product
Upon receiving your product, please inspect it within 7 days of delivery. If any issues arise, contact us via email or submit a report on our Warranty Form page to notify us. Following your notification, return the goods for inspection to confirm the issues. Detailed instructions on the return process will be provided, and products should not be returned without prior guidance from our team.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
Warranty is valid when a product is installed and operated as per the provided instructions. It does not cover problems resulting from incorrect installation. Aesthetic concerns, such as color and fitting, must be reported prior to installation. For products requiring electrical installation, the warranty is void if installed by an unqualified individual. Proof of qualified electrical installation, like an Electrical Safety Certificate, may be requested.
We do not accept liability for direct or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from misuse or incorrect installation and operation of an appliance. In instances where a warranty service call is made, and no fault is found, or if the fault results from incorrect installation or operation, the purchaser may be responsible for a call-out service fee and/or repair costs.
