Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseeable factors, such as location, courier errors, or unavailability for delivery, may occasionally cause shipping delays. We cannot accept returns if delivery is delayed due to such unforeseeable factors.

To ensure successful delivery, the provided address must be accessible to couriers, and a responsible adult must be present to receive the goods. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. If a courier is unable to deliver your order, we reserve the right to charge redelivery costs.

Authority To Leave

You may specify an "Authority To Leave" for your delivery, where the parcel can be left if no one is available to accept it. Please note that Exiting is not liable for theft or damage in such cases.

Ownership of all products sold by Exiting only transfers to the customer upon full payment. In case of default on any payment, we reserve the right to retrieve the products from the customer at the customer's expense.
